Abstract
A superspace action for non-chiral super-W3-gravity is constructed. It generalizes the chiral result of Hull, and like him we assume a stronger condition on the dijk tensors than in W3-gravity. By introducing auxiliary superfields in rigid superspace, we are able to reduce the problem to the gauging in each chiral sector separately.
