Abstract
With two modifications, a method previously described for plasma estriol determinations may be applied to urine. Purification is accomplished by solvent extractions, and accuracy is achieved by means of internal radioactive standards. The specificity of this technique was demonstrated by comparing results with those obtained by the same procedure but with the addition of purification by paper chromatography.
