Abstract

ABSTRACTElectromagnetic analysis for transmission line structures plays an important role in the design of high‐speed digital integrated circuits. Because different transmission line parameters have different influence on the integrity of the integrated circuit signal. In this article, method of moment combined with the Rao–Wilton–Glisson basis function and the dual basis function is established to solve the integral equations. Transforming the integral equations into matrix equations and achieve the analysis of the input impedance of transmission line structures. Numerical results have been demonstrated with two examples. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Microwave Opt Technol Lett 59:219–223, 2017
