Abstract
ABSTRACTReverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) is a sensitive and powerful method for analyzing RNA. In this study, genes encoding polyphenol oxidase and glucanase enzymes were amplified by using RT-PCR technique in potato and chickpea, respectively. It was also determined that both of the genes were members of multigene family.
