Abstract

The automobile crane was in different working conditions and the arm length and elevation conditions corresponding to different weight. Crane 's rated capacity was nonlinear distribution. Torque limiter by detecting arm extended arm length and arm lifting the initial angle. The torque limiter got by calculating crane lifting weight and to realize the crane safety protection and control. The design of torque limiter should take into account the crane working condition, operation requirements, technical indicators.
