Abstract

Among inflammatory rheumatism, psoriatic arthritis is particular by its diagnostic delay and its almost constant association with cutaneous psoriasis. It is regularly dermatologists who refer these patients to us, sometimes when manifestations of psoriatic arthritis have existed for years. GRAPPA (Group for Research and Assessment of Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis) has proposed a screening questionnaire for dermatologists. We will see in this paper the various existing questionnaires and their accuracy. When these patients are referred to us by dermatologists for psoriatic arthritis associated with psoriasis already treated, the possibility of a bi-disciplinary visit in outpatient clinic is then as we will detail in this article, a real added value for the patient who can benefit from a simultaneous assessment of his two diseases and a dual expertise for optimal treatment.
