Abstract

Ambient intelligence (AmI) is a technology that should help to develop tasks and create new communication interface with our intelligent environment while enjoying a sufficiently high life level without destroying its natural and environmental support. Creating a simple and sophistic evaluation interface becomes an urgent necessity in order to ameliorate AmI services. This paper aims at introducing a systematic literature review in order to evaluate AmI services by presenting a full study related to ubiquitous and ambient intelligence evaluation. We focus particularly on metrics and methodologies related to ubiquitous system and AmI services. We also propose an evaluation framework related to mobile AmI and a method to evaluate sustainability using fuzzy logic.
