Amicus Curiae Before The Inter-American Court of Human Rights Sarayaku Indigenous People v. Ecuador

Abstract

This memorial brief presents a new interpretation of the American Convention to protect the right to culture under the inter-American system. Also presents arguments to develop the right to cultural integrity in a hermeneutic way to protect the multiculturalism and cosmovision of the Sarayaku People.
