Abstract

Ameloblastoma is a benign but locally invasive odontogenic tumor with unlimited growth potential. The most common site of occurrence is mandible. Histological presentation comprises of tall columnar ameloblast like cells with central stellate reticulum showing either cystic degeneration or squamous metaplasia or cells containing granules etc. radiologically they appear as unilocular or multilocular radiolucency sometimes associated with an unerupted tooth.
