Abstract

To evaluate whether a decline from resting to ambulatory pulse oximetry (PO) can serve as a clinical aid in the diagnosis of grade 2-3 RP in patients who receive thoracic RT. We hypothesized that a mean drop in PO in patients with a diagnosis of RP would be greater than those without RP.
