Abstract
Fifteen people are killed every hour in road accidents in India and close to twenty children are killed every day in road accidents in India and worldwide. Most of the victims are helpless as they don't know the nearby hospitals or blood banks. In addition to this even for first aid most of the people would need to use the internet which takes away precious time. Ambulance Hub serves as a platform to solve all these issues. It has an intelligent bot which understands questions and answers it very quickly. It uses Microsoft Azure Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence services to detect the location and request for an ambulance at the accident spot immediately without wasting any important time. In addition to this the application also uses Microsoft Azure cognitive services which adds key services like language processing and intelligent answers to predefined questions. The application is lightweight and easy to use which makes it easy to install.
