Abstract
The impact of CdS:Al interlayer in MoS2/CdS photoanode on PEC performance is studied. The CdS:Al interlayer allows improved photocurrent and suppressed dark current. The film chemical features of MoS2/CdS:Al/CdS photoanode is optimized.
