Abstract
Aim. To study the socio-economic indicators of the pharmacy and justify the need to introduce a social passport of the pharmacy and determine the method of its formation by a comprehensive theoretical study of socio-economic threats, problems and possible prospects for the development of the pharmacy through SWOT-analysis and analysis of criteria which characterized the social structure of the workforce, working conditions and cultural and living conditions, pay and labor discipline.Materials and methods. Formal-logical method, system analysis, method of analogy and comparison, analysis of documents and results of sociological research, SWOT-analysis used.Results. The article presents the method of calculating the achievement of the appropriate level of pharmacy professionals (SPPhP) social protection in the pharmacy for the main blocks of the social passport and identifies the priority of social strategies based on its development. The main strengths and weaknesses of the socio-economic condition of the pharmacy have been identified with the help of SWOT-analysis, which will become the basis for the creation of its social passport in the future. It has been determined that introduction of the technology of pharmacy social certification will provide a systematic approach to diagnosing the level of pharmacy social development and assessing the achievement of social passport standards.Conclusions. A sociological survey has been conducted among the employees of the pharmacy and the socio-demographic characteristics of the staff of the pharmacy and the attitude of employees to the provision of social protection have been described. By summarizing the information of operational analysis of the data of the studied pharmacy, its strengths and weaknesses were identified, which will allow to organize all available information and introduce a social passport of the pharmacy as the main tool for building methods of social development of the pharmacy.
