Abstract

ABSTRACT
 This study is about the Village Allocation Fund (ADD) Policy in Preventing Social Disparities in Tawiri Village, Teluk Ambon District. The aim is to understand how the ADD policy prevents social disparities in Tawiri Village. The study was conducted at the Tawiri Village Office, using a qualitative descriptive methodology. The types of data used were primary and secondary, and data collection techniques included interviews, observations, and documentation. The focus of this study includes: 1) improving the quality of human resources, 2) providing equal access to all members of the community, 3) optimizing the management and utilization of resources, and 4) promoting even development and creating job opportunities. The results of this study indicate that the ADD policy in Tawiri Village has a positive impact on the improvement of human resources. Similarly, the ADD policy in Tawiri Village can provide access to all members of the community. Furthermore, the ADD policy in Tawiri Village can be well optimized through its management. Additionally, the ADD policy in Tawiri Village has a positive impact on even development and is capable of creating job opportunities.
