Abstract

In addition to having the resources of the Middle East for Britain, Iraq has great prospects for securing India's security. With the Baghdad railroad project in Germany, plans to revive the old Silk road route do not want to have a strong state border to the British Indian sea. The entry of the Ottoman Empire into war with Germany cuts Britain's connection with India. In terms of the future of the war in Britain, it is necessary to put an end to this situation as soon as possible. Britain brought the Entente States fleet to the front of the Dardanelles in order to establish a sea liaison with Russia as a judge over the Dardanelles and the Bosphorus in order to prevent the war from going out of Europe, while on the other side the Iraqi expedition to secure the Indian Sea and to dominate Mesopotamia.
