Abstract

With the influx of a large number of distributed wind and solar resources into the distribution network., the operation uncertainty of the distribution network is stronger, and the traditional method of using only flexibility indicators to analyze the access capacity of ADN distributed wind and photovoltaic resources will lead to low results. In order to solve the problem that the existing methods are inaccurate in the acceptance and assessment of wind and solar resources in the distribution network, it is proposed to comprehensively consider the flexibility evaluation index and the clean energy consumption quality index, and analyze the access capacity of distributed wind and solar resources under the current distribution network structure in combination with the operating constraints. First, set renewable energy output model; Secondly, construct distribution grid flexibility evaluation indexes and clean energy consumption quality indexes that include constraints, and take into account the two objectives of wind and PV resource access capacity and distribution grid operation costs; Finally, taking the IEEE33 power distribution system as the example model, the effectiveness and rationality of the proposed method are verified by comparing the results obtained by comparing the results obtained by three different schemes.
