Ofiesh Odin Westgaard, Odin Westgaard Hale Associates ODIN WESTGAARD has developed industrial training, set quality standards, and consulted with management on the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of interventions. He has five books in the field, including Good Fair Tests and Instructional Design Competencies, the Standards (IBSTPI). He writes articles for Performance and Instruction, Performance Improvement Quarterly, and other journals. Odin has served on several national committees and the IBSTPI Board. He has been NSPI local chapter president and has presented at numerous national conferences.
