Abstract

Intermittent preexcitation is due to intermittent block of the impulse within the accessory pathway.l When such intermittency occurs, the preexcitation complexes usually appear in an irregular distribution pattern. We report an unusual, hitherto undescribed, distribution pattern that can be explained on the basis of concealed trigeminal preexcitation.
