Abstract

The right ventricle (RV) is involved in numerous heart diseases, even if the primary diagnosis is attributed to the left ventricle (LV) [1]. RV pathology has been well documented as a causative factor of ventricular tachycardia with left bundle branch morphology (LBBBVT) in non-autoimmune disease [2–4]; however, data about autoimmune disease with LBBBVT is still scarce.
