Abstract
I recently presented a 2-part webinar series for early-career registered nurses (RN) on nontraditional career pathways, which ended with my own personal mantra of “read, read, and read more.” Reading widely helps prepare any leader for any role, be it a nontraditional career opportunity or current position.
