Abstract

Results are presented on the thermodynamic and transport properties for alkali-metal liquids and vapors derived from research at the Moscow Aviation Institute. The research has concerned mainly high temperatures (up to 2000/sup 0/K) and pressures (up to 10 MPa). Equations of state are presented. Analytical formulas for various thermodynamic and transport properties such as thermal conductivity, heat transfer, and diffusion are given.
