Abstract

This section aims to display the effect of organizational alienation behavior, one of the negative organizational behaviors, on tourism businesses and employees and how to stay away from this negative behavior in businesses. To fulfill this purpose, first of all, a comprehensive literature review on the concept of alienation and organizational alienation was made, and then the relationship between organizational alienation and the sustainability of tourism enterprises was examined. Obtained results highlight as to how organizational alienation can be avoided in various tourism businesses such as accommodation, food and beverage, entertainment, transportation, and tour operators.
