Alienação parental e a mediação dos conflitos nas legislações brasileira e portuguesa

Abstract

This article aimed to analyze parental alienation and conflict mediation with minors. It introduced the concept of parental alienation; analyzed some of the behaviors of those involved in parental alienation; discussed the meaning of family power; and finally, Civil Liability on the topic. A literature review was carried out based on books, scientific articles related to the topic made available for free in Portuguese, as well as documentary analysis, notably in Brazilian and Portuguese legislation.
