Abstract

We suggest some general principles and a universal open format for processing and storing artificial neural networks to be subsequently processed on the basis of neurocomputer devices of various architectures. To enhance this universalization, we choose to employ the ONNX format (Open Neural Network Exchange) and the Wolfram Language framework. In 2018, such repository of artificial neural networks was implemented. For functional convenience, storage of artificial neural networks and for using the web version, we chose the JSON technology.
