Abstract

The article is devoted to the development of effective algorithms and programs for the analysis and processing of electrocardiograms using the MATLAB programming system for designing an automated system for the analysis and interpretation of electrocardiograms. A technique for organizing a database of electrocardiograms, algorithms for processing and analyzing electrocardiogram signals are proposed. Signal processing is conventionally divided into stages: preliminary processing and extraction of signs. In this case, the noise is first removed from the original signal, diagnostic information is extracted from the electrocardiogram signal, and then the QRS complex will be detected with the detection of R peaks using the wavelet transform method. In addition, the results of the analysis of electrocardiograms with the calculation of heart rate and detection of arrhythmias are presented.
