Abstract

One of the main problems of the low quality of manufactured products from polymeric materials, as has been repeatedly proven, is the excess moisture content in the input raw materials. Earlier developments of the authors show that it is possible to control and eliminate this factor by the method of preliminary acclimatization and drying of the material. Nevertheless, the issue of drying multicomponent and composite materials as part of the finished mixture remains open today. The solution to this problem is possible on the basis of preliminary scientific research. The article showed an approach and developed an algorithm of an automated system for scientific research of the process of drying a multicomponent polymer mixture. The authors chose the previously substantiated performance indicators of the high frequency generator as a complex of controlled parameters of automated system for scientific research of high frequency. Also, a new temperature parameter, controlled in the amount of the heated polymer, was proposed. Moreover, the depth of the controlled layer was chosen according to the developed method. The algorithm also provides protection of the system against flashover phenomena and automatically limits current consumption in accordance with the characteristics of industrial equipment. Also, for the first time, the power control of the high frequency generator was carried out according to the functional dependence determined in the course of research. The developed system of automated scientific research made it possible to conduct a series of experiments, the results of which, after final processing, will be presented to the scientific community in the near future.
