Abstract
In the article, the importance of planning activities in order to increase the effectiveness of military cargo transportation has been justifed, optimization criteria of transportation and their costs have been covered. The criteria impacting upon the effectiveness of military cargo transportation have been analysed. Based on these criteria the algorithm and mathematical model of automobile cargo transportation planning in order to organize the technical supplies of military facilities and the method for the evaluation of effectiveness have been introduced.
