Abstract

At present, the effective resettlement of the population in the regions, ensuring their wellbeing, as well as the creation of a social protection system, are among the main tasks of the countries of the world. The restoration of the sovereignty of Azerbaijan and the liberation of our lands from the hands of the enemy have turned this issue into a priority task for the country. The 44-day Second Karabakh War left a big mark on the history of the country and put an end to 30 years of enemy slavery. The liberation of native lands from occupation created conditions for the return of the local population to these areas and the restoration of life here. In the territories liberated from occupation, the effectiveness of sustainable resettlement of the population should be ensured. The liberated territories should become a modern, prosperous and healthy environment for the society. As a result of the victory, it became possible to restore public life in the territories liberated from occupation, reintegrate the region into the general economy of the country, and access to regional and international transport and logistics corridors, which will have a great impact on both the internal situation of the country and its relations with the countries of the world. For this reason, several measures are being taken toward returning to new territories. As a result of these measures, infrastructure has been restored in several areas. The local population is settled in the regions in stages and all measures are being taken for their well-being
