Abstract

In June, 1954, a litter of five meadow voles, Microtus pennsylvanicus pennsylvanicus (Ord.), was discovered containing one albino. All the voles were furred and had the eyes open. On the basis of published studies on the biology of the vole, this litter was estimated to be ten to fourteen days old when found.
