Abstract
In this paper I want to show the influence of oriental music in Albanian music and more. In last ten years Albanian artists have started to unite Albanian folk music and even modern one , music scales and colours with oriental instruments. All this creative process for this kind of interpretations has taken place in : celebrations ,youth party’s , different songs which ones contain also oriental elements. This kind of acts requires a lot of skills and from instrumentalist or performer thought this kind of acts requires high performing technique and basic knowledge of music theory also this instruments are not learned in schools because they are not native and much more they are not classic orcestral instruments so the instrumentalist here is autodidact. For this paper I have used questionnaire methodology , questionnaires were given to 30 artists and the result was 14 of them use oriental elements all the time, 10 of them use this elements in occasions and 6 of them don’t use this elements at all. The purpose of this paper is to represent the influence of oriental music and elements in Albanian music.
