Abstract

This month marks the 100th anniversary of Alan Turing's birth. His ground-breaking work in the 1940s continues to have an impact on computer science as we know it. The first featured Web extra at http://youtu.be/5nK_ft0Lf1s is a video interview with Paul Kellar, Kevin Murrell, and Joel Greenberg of the National Museum of Computing at Bletchley Park celebrating the 100th anniversary of Alan Turing's birth. The second featured Web extra at http://youtu.be/SrmGejzDvTA is an audio recording of the Computing Conversations column, with author Charles Severance discussing the 100th anniversary of Alan Turing's birth.
