Aktualna regulacja użytkowania dronów w prawie polskim – ocena i postulaty de lege ferenda

Abstract

The article highlights the problem of the lack of drone regulations in Polish aviation law. The authors identify areas of use of unmanned aerial vehicles and propose possible solutions to problems related to drones. They also specify particular de lege ferenda postulates in the area concerning the operation, exploitation, and use of unmanned aerial vehicles.
