Abstract
The Era of Akkadians (2350-2150 BC) corresponds to the late phase of the Ancient Bronze Age in Anatolia. In this period when writing had not been used yet, we should look through the results of archaeological excavations as well as the documentation of the Akkadian Kingdom in order to determine the political structure of Anatolia. In addition to this, in general, it is a must that we analyze the palaces which were used to control the smaller settlements and distrincts around them and besides for the other purposes, and city-states, cities surrounded with fortification walls in order to form an opinion about the political structure of Anatolia in the aforementioned period.
