Abstract
During elimination of medical consequences of emergencies, the issues concerning victims' mass evacuation to a specialized hospital are constantly brought up. At the disposal of the Central Airmobile Rescue Service of EMERCOM of Russia there are two types of medical modules. Medical Airplane Module (MMS) is used for medical evacuation of 4 victims aboard an Ilyushin 76 aircraft. Medical Helicopter Module (MMV) is used for medical evacuation of 2 victims aboard an MI-8 helicopter. MMS and MMV ensure mobility and versatility.
