Abstract

Aircraft cable is the central nervous system of aircraft avionics system, which plays a vital role in the safety and reliability of aircraft. The distribution of aircraft cables in the aircraft is very complex, and faults are bound to occur with the increase of service life. Aiming at the requirements of automatic detection or performance evaluation of high-speed and largecapacity aircraft cables, this paper proposes a method to realize the rapid detection of aircraft cables in the software application layer by using the unreliability of UDP communication protocol. A set of cable test method and cable fault injection method are designed. The experimental results show that there is a certain correlation between cable fault types and test parameters. It lays a foundation for the cable detection of complex avionics system.
