Abstract
The world is currently busy with the COVID-19 pandemic, which until now has not found a vaccine, Indonesia is included in it. The purpose of this research is to find out what strategies the leaders have taken during the COVID-19 pandemic and the new normal. Rapid technological advances have caused many new startups to appear, many have succeeded but not a few have failed and have to go out of business, based on a survey from Forbes magazine 90% of startups in the world fail to develop their startups, many factors influence the success of startups, one of which is HR, but still Few startups care about the HR factor.
