Abstract
In order to improve logistics efficiency and reduction of internal operating costs, home appliance retail chain enterprises need to choose the right logistics and distribution patterns. Through analysis of China's home appliance retail chain of distribution characteristics and the status quo, showing the current China's home appliance chain logistics problems. And then in comparison of the current China's home appliance retail chain enterprises commonly used logistics and distribution model. The analysis of distribution patterns is influencing factors. Based on the analysis of home appliance retail chain's distribution model and factors, AHP was been used to establish an evaluation and selection model of home appliance retail chain's distribution model. Evaluation and selection model to solve the China's home appliance retail chain logistics and distribution patterns of choice.
