Abstract
In the present work, we consider magnetic properties of the non-interacting diluted magnetic semiconductor (DMS) quantum ring lattices applying the 2D rotator model. The exchange interaction and the Zeeman term effect on the magnetic moment is taking into account. For this purpose, the exact analytic expression for the single-particle partition function is found and it used to determine the magnetic moment. We show that magnetization in DMS quantum ring sharp changes with a small increase in temperature and after a peak the magnetization starts to decrease.
