In this letter we show thata) the Guerra-Ruggiero-Vigier stochastic deduction of the Klein-Gordon equation rests essentially on the nonlocal character of the assumed fluctuations tied to the particle-antiparticle mixture in the vacuum, andb) the quantum-statistical distributions result essentially from a corresponding Markov-type ofH-theorem
