Abstract
Valerie I. Lang was chosen as AGU's 1992–1993 Congressional Fellow. She was selected from a field of twenty‐three candidates by the Committee on Public Affairs during AGU's Spring Meeting in Montreal.Lang is currently a member of the technical staff of the Aerospace Corporation, Los Angeles, Calif. Her work involves experimental research in areas of ozone depletion chemistry and launch vehicle effects on the troposphere and stratosphere.
