Abstract

ABSTRACT We are facing a dispute in agrifood systems. Education is essential for the ecological (re)construction of agrifood systems, through educative processes that help structure a new way of life, founded upon principles of agroecological education and food sovereignty, this study uses an analytical matrix to reflect on the reality of formal agroecological courses in Brazil. With the participation of representatives of eight courses from four regions of the country, these courses have built their learning approaches based on the reality of each territory, institutional challenges, and dialogue between educators and students.
