Abstract

Anders Danielson is critical of our 1984 article on three grounds, all of which are based, in our judgment, on his incorrect understanding of what we were attempting to say. Perhaps our exposition was at fault, perhaps his reading, but the matter is easily cleared up. First, we do not see that his equation (4) has anything to do with any of our equations.
