Drawn from distinct legal traditions and jurisdictions (each one an important seat of arbitration), these authors bring a diversity of viewpoints to this agora. The authors’ essays comment on different portions of the book and use the text as a starting point to address broader topics and, at times, treat the reader to a debate of some of the many positions Mr. Born stakes out in his treatise.
