Abstract
Age related decline of ovarian function results in diminished oocyte number and quality. To elucidate the effect of maternal aging on interaction between oocyte and follicle cells, we examined gene expression in granulosa cells (GCs) and cumulus cells (CCs) in relation to meiotic and oocyte maturation competence in women at different age.
