Abstract

The challenges of project management involve the reconstitution of technological resources and the abilitiesin data for the development of products and information services. This article presents a teaching reportof a discipline about agilemethods in the context of Information Science. With a quantitative and qualitative approach, through observation techniques and documentary research, thecoursehas been offered in the postgraduate Program in Management & KnowledgeOrganization, at the Federal University of Minas Gerais, Brazil, in the second semester of 2022and 2023. For measuring the results was considered academicperformance and an optionalform fillingwithout identification. As results, we highlight the artifacts developed for the coursewith a theoretical and apractical approach, the filling of the vacancies, thestudents’motivation and interaction and the appropriation of Scrum, through a final project at the end of the course.
