Abstract

A 19-year-old female presented with painful swelling of 4 months duration, involving mandibular body on left side. Clinical examination revealed the presence of a firm palpable, well-circumscribed tumor mass with bicortical expansion and measuring approximately 5cm in greatest diameter (Figure 1). The radiological evaluation showed a radiopaque lesion mixed with areas of radiolucency, surrounded by an ill-defined radiolucent rim. Expansion of inferior cortex of mandible with periosteal reaction was evident (Figure 2).
