Abstract
Over the years, one of the most discurssed and popular subjects in the contemporary choreographic art is Carmen. It inspires various art human beings as directors and choreographers to evolve and to contemplate their visions and their perspective over this subject in their new and fresh art works. Moreover, with the impact of the modern persecptions and visions, it gives the oportunity to present the famous classic characters in new lights on stage. This report describes the Carmen from the perspective of the most appreciated and the most impactful contemporary choreographers: Radu Poklitaru, Dada Masilo, Gustavo Ramirez Sansano, Calixto Bieito, Konstantin Bogomolov.
