Abstract

Based on the adoption relationship between standards, this paper constructs an evaluation system composed of five secondary indicators: option intensity, option width, option validity, option visibility and transformation speed. In view of the affected situation of Chinese National Standards, this paper uses the method of non-integral rank sum ratio to evaluate. At the same time, the integer rank sum ratio method is compared with the non -integer rank sum ratio method. The results show that the non-integer rank sum ratio method considering the specific value is quite different from the integer rank sum ratio method only considering the relative size. Compared with other evaluation objects, the values of ISO, IEC and Russia on some evaluation indexes have obvious advantages, so they have achieved the ideal ranking in the result of non-integer rank sum ratio method. It can be seen that the influence of these three organizations or countries. They should be listed as the objects of in-depth study, so as to better promote the development of standardization in China.
