Abstract

Dental aerosols are produced in a wide range during the dental procedure. Air-water aerosol produced during dental treatment emerges from patient's mouth and mixes with the air in the surrounding, causing a change in its composition. This can result in contaminated environment which can be hazardous to the dentist as well as to the patient.
