Abstract
A new species of the genus Aenigmatias Meinert, namely A. spatulatus sp. nov., is described from China. Another species, namely A. lubbochii (Verrall) is redescribed, and the new record of the genus and subfamily Aenigmatiinae from China are documented. Voucher specimens including different types are deposited with the collection of Liaoning Key Laboratory of Urban Integrated Pest Management and Ecological Security, Shenyang University, Shenyang, Liaoning Province, China.
